General Conditions of Sale
1. Subject matter
The purpose of these General Conditions of Sale (hereinafter referred to as "GTC") is to define rights and obligations between:
- Volt Events, located at 60 impasse of the Bellay 83700 SAINT RAPHAËL, Siret: 81225593300028, represented by DONATI LUDOVIC, (hereinafter referred to aswww.volt-eventsOr "We")
and
- Any natural or legal person wishing to make a purchase on the website www.volt-events (hereinafter referred to as "Customer" or "You").
By ordering products or services on the site www.volt-events, the Customer fully and without reservation accepts these GTCs.
2. Scope
These Terms and Conditions apply to all sales of products and/or services made on the site www.volt-events, unless prior written agreement provides for different conditions. They shall prevail over any other general or special conditions not expressly approved by volt events.
3. Acceptance of conditions
The Customer acknowledges that he has read these Terms and Conditions before placing an order and expressly declares that he accepts them without reservation. Our offers of products and services are valid within the limits of available stocks. In case of unavailability of a product after placing the order, we will inform you by e-mail as soon as possible. You will then be able to maintain the order with a revised delivery time, accept an equivalent product or cancel the order.
5. Command

8.2. Delivery time
Delivery times are indicative. In case of delay in delivery, volt events undertakes to inform the Customer as soon as possible. The Customer will not be able to claim any compensation in case of delay if it is due to a case of force majeure or a third party.
8.3. Risk transfer
The transfer of risk occurs upon delivery of the goods to the carrier. It is the responsibility of the Customer to check the condition of the package upon receipt and to issue reservations with the carrier within a reasonable time.
9. Right of withdrawal
9.1. Legal time limit
In accordance with the legal provisions, the Customer has fourteen (14) calendar days from receipt of the product to exercise his right of withdrawal without having to justify reasons or to pay penalties.
9.2. Exercise of the right of withdrawal

9.3. Return of products

10. Guarantees and after-sales service

The Customer enjoys the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L.217-4 et seq. of the Consumer Code) and the legal guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code).
10.2. Conditions of application
For any warranty request, the Customer must contact the after-sales service of volt events to [coordonnées]. Return costs may be borne by volt events in the event of a proven defect covered by a legal guarantee.
11. Liability
volt events shall not be liable for direct or indirect damage resulting from the use or misuse of the products. In no case shall volt events be liable for any intangible, indirect or financial damage.

18. Safeguard clause
If one or more provisions of these General Terms and Conditions are to be deemed invalid or declared to be invalid by law, regulation or by a final decision of a competent court, the other provisions shall retain their full force and scope.
19. Modification of the Terms of Reference
volt events reserves the right to modify these GTCs at any time. In this case, the applicable GTCs are those in force on the date of the Customer's order.
